Mukhuri

Mukhuri is a mountain village in Samegrelo region, Chkhorotsku Municipality. The village is settled on both sides of the river Khobistskali, on the way to Lugela canyon, and one of the most impressive alpine treks - Tobavatchkhili lakes.

Headed towards to the Great Caucasus Mountains, follow the Egrisi range which separates Svaneti from Samegrelo region, Mukhuri village is nestled among the river bed and lashed forest subtropical mountains.

Well known for its unique forest, fresh air, clean spring waters, the village is populated by pundit beekeepers.

Lugela mineral spring and Valley is situated 4 kilometers away from Mukhuri.

Shurubumu Canyon is located near the village. Grove of Buxus at Shurubumu is attracting adventure lovers.
