The deposit is non-refundable. We will keep this sum for your next trip to Georgia.

If Tourist cancels the booked tour for some reasons not depending on Tour Operator, the following sums are kept back as a fine:

  • Cancellation up to 14 days before the travel date is free of charge.
  • 50% of the total price of the tourist product in case of cancellation 14-2 days before the tour.
  • 99% of the total price of the tourist product in case of cancellation 1 day before the tour.
  • 100% of the total price of the tourist product in case of a no-show at the airport no later than 2 hours before departure or in case of non-boarding due to circumstances beyond the control of Georgian Holidays.
