Q: I have booked a trip with you in 2020, what should I do now?
A: Due to COVID-19 pandemic, we’ve introduced the option to either postpone your trip to future date (not earlier than September 2020 but not later than December 31, 2021) or simply convert the amount you’ve paid up until now to a credit that can be applied to any future booking.
Both are alternatives to cancelling your existing booking, which may otherwise trigger cancellation costs according to Georgian Holidays LLC’s terms & conditions.

A: No, sorry.
Q: Where can I see the price for the tour?
A: Because normally the prices for itinerary vary according the season, you need to select your travel dates first. To do so, please refer to the widget on the right side of the itinerary description and select your desired dates and group size – total price will be displayed automatically.
Q: How do I know which “Operator” to select?
A: You only need to select Operator name if you have previously communicated with one of our sales agents via phone or email, otherwise please leave it at default.
Q: How do I know which “Transport” to select?
A: Some itineraries will list several options for transportation in description, if this is the case you can select your preference here, if not leave it at default.
Q: What is “Single Supplement”?
A: If you see this option, it means that standard price of the itinerary is based on sharing twin or double bed. If you prefer to stay in separate single room – additional price or “Single Supplement” applies.
Q: How can I pay?
A: When you book the tour online, you will be charged small deposit that will be deducted from the total sum of the trip. This payment can be done by Credit or Debit card with our secured processor.
As for the Balance sum, you can pay it:
- EITHER via Bank transfer, two weeks before the tour starts;
- OR upon arrival in Tbilisi in Georgian Lari (local currency) via Visa/Master Card fee directly with your guide via VISA/MASTER card terminal in Tbilisi (Additional card service fee + 2%)
- OR cash (in Georgian Lari) directly to the nearest TBC Bank office on the tour day- in Georgian Lari (without extra charges).
Q: I want to travel with a group, what does it mean when the tour is “Scheduled” but “Not Yet Guaranteed”?
A: Our group tours require minimum number of participants to run (normally 4 =< people). When it says that it’s “Scheduled” – it means that we accept the bookings, but there haven’t been enough reservations to meet the required minimum number of people.
Q: What happens if I book the tour and it doesn’t get “Guaranteed”?
A: You will be contacted minimum 2 weeks before scheduled departure date and be offered refund or credit for either similar group with guaranteed departure date, or private tour available on our website.
Q: I would like to make changes in itinerary I have already booked, what should I do?
A: Changes in the itinerary and dates can be made free of charge 1 month prior to your travel date.
Q: I would like to have a customized tour, is it possible?
A: Of course, our operators are available for you to create your very own tailor-made itinerary. Please fill up the for on our Contact page – and one of our representatives will get back to you with proposal.
Q: Can I drive a car on my own?
A: Yes, even though majority of the tours on our website are guided – we can create special self-drive itinerary just for you. In this case you will be assigned personal operator, who will be assisting you before and during the trip. For more details, please fill up the form here leave your comment.
