Winery Okro’s Wines is nestled in the picturesque town of Sighnaghi, located in the heart of Georgia's Kakheti region. Our winery is dedicated to crafting traditional and organic Qvevri wines, showcasing the rich heritage of Georgian winemaking. We source our grapes from organically treated vineyards in both Kakheti and Imereti, regions renowned for their viticultural excellence.

Our winery takes pride in our diverse range of offerings, including Rkatsiteli, Mtsvane, Tsitska, Tsolikouri, Saperavi Budeshuri, Classic Saperavi, and Saperavi Ice (late harvest Saperavi). Additionally, our Sister’s Wines line features Kisi and Takveri Rose. Each wine is meticulously vinified, macerated, and aged in traditional Georgian Qvevri vessels, preserving the unique character and flavor profiles of the grapes. We refrain from using chemical treatments, additives, or sulphur in our winemaking process, ensuring a pure and authentic expression of the terroir.

In addition to our wines, we invite visitors to experience our on-site restaurant, situated within the charming confines of our small winery where our journey began. Offering breathtaking views from the top of old town Signagi to the majestic Caucasian mountains and valley, our terrace provides the perfect backdrop for a memorable dining experience. Our menu features a blend of traditional Georgian cuisine and fusion dishes, expertly paired with our exceptional wines. Guests can indulge in wine tastings and participate in masterclasses showcasing various wine packages, immersing themselves in the artistry of Georgian winemaking.
