Leave the city for the West Highway to the village Chardakhi. Visit Kolkhis Ezo winery.

Kolkhis Ezo is worth visiting. Few years ago, family moved from West Georgia Samegrelo region to the Kartli village, established wine cellar and put together two traditions of east and west wine-making. Taste three glasses of artisan white and red wines.

Drive to the village Mukhrani for one of the true Chateaus in Georgia with non-stop historical traditions; Chateau Mukhrani comprises a castle, vineyards, winery, and stable at artificial oak tree forest. Excursion takes about 30 minutes. Listen to the stories about the wine making by a Bagrationi royal family in the 19th century, look around the area and finally, head to the cellar for a tasting of 4 types of wine.

Continue discovery of Kartli grapes and wines. Next stop is Sevsamora Winery in the village Saguramo. This wine cellar is remarkable for organic vineyards and bio-organic winemaking technologies. Tour starts from the vineyards - 50 grape varieties are planted here. Continue in the wine museum, and eventually, in Marani (wine cellar) where visitors get introduced to the traditional wine-making process. Taste premium Qvevri wines, discover aromas of endemic grape`s origin and aromas of primary fermentation in Qvevri.

Lunch will be served in Sevsamora.

Drive back to Tbilisi, we drop you off to the hotel.
