Explore the charm of Old Tbilisi on a leisurely walk. Reach one of the wine cellars in Tbilisi - Karalashvilebi wine cellar and enjoy tasting their wines. Hailing from the picturesque region of Kakheti, Georgia, the Karalashvili family name carries a rich and storied heritage. Recognized with the prestigious title of "Prince" by King George VII of Kartl-Kakheti in the 14th century, the Karalashvili family has been passionately crafting fine wines since 1396.
Then, hop on a cable car to reach the Narikala Fortress, which offers breathtaking views. Discover the historic Abanotubani district, known for its sulphur baths. Wander over to Median Square, where you can savor some delicious wine at Chateau Mukhrani Wine Studio. Chateau Mukhrani is a renowned winery located in the country of Georgia, known for its rich winemaking heritage and picturesque vineyards in the Mukhrani Valley. It produces a range of high-quality wines, including traditional Georgian varietals, and is celebrated for its commitment to preserving the country's winemaking traditions.
Following the wine tasting, take a scenic drive to the lower station of the Funicular. From there, ascend Mtatsminda Mountain and enjoy a delightful welcome dinner with stunning vistas.

We'll start our day by taking a scenic drive to this beautiful region. Our first stop will be at Chateau Khashmi, where you'll get to enjoy a delightful wine tasting experience. Taste some of the finest wines and soak in the picturesque surroundings. It's the perfect way to begin your adventure in Kakheti!
Our next stop is Giuaani Winery in Manavi. Giuaani Winery is recognized for its exceptional wines and dedication to producing premium-quality products. It is especially known for its traditional winemaking methods and innovative approaches to winemaking. Here, you'll have the chance to taste delicious wines and learn about the winemaking process.
After visiting Giuaani Winery in Manavi, we will begin a walking tour in Sighnaghi. Sighnaghi is a charming town surrounded by ancient city walls built in the 18th century.
Drive to Kardenakhi Estate. Visit a family-owned winery run by three generations of passionate winemakers. Explore a historic 19th-century Georgian wine cellar and see the Qvevri, ancient underground clay jars, with the youngest one still working since 1906.

On Day 3 of the tour, we'll begin our day by visiting the Javakhishvili Wine Cellar. Here, you'll have the chance to taste three different delicious products: sparkling wine, regular wine, and Brandy. It's a delightful experience for your taste buds!
After exploring the Javakhishvili Wine Cellar, we'll take a drive to the Khareba Winery located inside the tunnels carved into the side of the Caucasus mountains. The tunnel is quite long, stretching for 7.7 kilometers and has two main sections. Here, you'll get the chance to taste some delicious Khareba wines.
Our tour continues with a visit to the Chubini family winery. Here, you'll get to taste three different types of wines and learn about the winemaking process from a local family. Enjoy the flavors and hospitality of the Chubini family as you explore their vineyard and sample their wines.

On this day we begin with a visit to the Lagazi Wine Cellar. Founded in 2013, Lagazi is a family wine cellar located in village Zemo Alvani where wine is made according to Georgian traditional method – in qvevri. In the Lagazi family wine cellar guests are acquainted with traditional methods of winemaking in qvevri, offered natural wine made from rare local grape varieties, and offered lunch with traditional Georgian dishes.
The main aim of their wine cellar is to produce pure and to revive the production of wine from forgotten indigenous vine varieties. Here, you'll have the chance to taste three different types of wine.
Then take a scenic drive to Kbilashvili Winery and have Qvevri Workshop. Here, you'll get a unique opportunity to visit a family-owned winery. The Kbilashvili family has been making wine for four generations, and you'll see how they craft enormous qvevris, traditional Georgian clay vessels used for winemaking. It's a fascinating glimpse into their time-honored tradition.
Our next stop is Tinandali Estate. Here, we'll get to try five different kinds of wine. Tinandali Estate also has the House Museum of Alexander Chavchavadze, where they first made bottled wine in the 19th century. Alexander Chavchavadze was a nobleman and a famous poet from the 19th century. He created a special place with a garden, winery, and a wine collection, which has now become a museum and a spot for wine enthusiasts.
After you explore Tinandali Estate, our next stop is Shumi Winery. The winery is known for cultivating a variety of indigenous Georgian grape varieties, such as Saperavi, Rkatsiteli, and Mtsvane, in its well-tended vineyards. Shumi Winery is particularly recognized for its use of both traditional and modern winemaking techniques. Here, you'll have the chance to taste three different kinds of wine.

After breakfast drive back to Tbilisi by Tsiv-Gombori mountain range through Gombori Pass (1620 m).
Visits wine and brandy factory of JSC Sarajishvili – one of the oldest manufacturers of liquor in Georgia, founded in 1884 by a Georgian scientist and entrepreneur Davit Sarajishvili. Both tours include tasting.
