9:00 -Morning pick-up from the hotel. Drive to Kakheti, which borders the Greater Caucasus mountain range to the North.

First stop at Chubini wine cellar  in the village Shilda, Chubini’s production is quite limited, paying more attention to quality rather than quantity. Endemic Georgian grape varieties, unique method of Qvevri winemaking, natural and organic approach – these are the characteristics that make our wines special.

From  Chubini wine cellar drive to village Tsinandali, the residence of notable Kakhetian nobleman Alexandre Chavchavadze, the poet and person, who delivered the classical European technology of wine making and bottled the wine in Georgia in 19th c. Walk in the unique English-French garden, prominent for its varieties of blooming plants brought from different parts of the world, and have a glass of Tsinandali white wine at the historical winery.

From Tsinandali estate we continue to Shumi Winery located nearby the house-museum. Shumi offers guided tour of the collection vineyard, museum and cellar. Have wine tasting of three variety of wines - dry red and dry white, one semisweet.

After lunch visit Telavi town. Relaxing sightseeing of main square and drive back to Tbilisi.

In the evening return back to Tbilisi.
