In the morning meet guide and driver. Drive to Sataplia Nature Reserve, West Georgia. Reserve integrates a cave, museum and a Nature Park. The highlight of Sataplia Reserve is dinosaur footprints, which are conserved on the territory of the museum, in a 900 m long cave. Colorful visual effects and lights enrich the natural beauty of the caves.
After visiting Sataplia, have a nice walk through a surrounding forest.
Continue the trip to Vani. On the way make a stop and visit ruins of Geguti Palace. The ruins of Geguti Palace occupy approximately 2000 m² territory. The first version of the Palace is dating back to the 8-9th c.c.
Arrive in town Vani. Here you will find ancient ruins and fragments through the whole town. There were numerous archaeological artifacts found during the excavations, which are proof of cultural development of the site from the 6th c. B.C. up to 1 c. B.C. The exhibits are displayed at Vani Archeological Museum.
In the evening return in Kutaisi.
